I facilitate a range of special interest classes, we call these the Basics Series. I present the information in different formats, half,-day, one-day and two-day classes in person and online.
These classes are designed to give simple effective and accessible information on how, with your own two hands, you can improve and support abdominal and pelvic function and have a powerful impact on your own health and well-being.
One word to describe these classes is EMPOWERMENT!
